Lauren Landry

A New Jersey native, Lauren Landry completed her Bachelor’s degree in Bassoon Performance in the Spring of 2008 at The Hartt School of Music in West Hartford, Connecticut. While in school, she performed with the Hartt Wind Ensemble, Hartt Symphony Orchestra, and was a member of the 20/20 Honors Chamber Music Program from Fall of 2007 to Spring of 2008. She was also selected as a winner of the Miami String Quartet Competition in Fall 2006 and performed on a concert with the ensemble in Spring 2007. Lauren earned her Masters of Music degree at New England Conservatory in 2012, and studied with Richard Svoboda. She also performs with the Boston Nonet and Mercury Orchestra. Lauren lives in Brookline, Massachusetts with her husband Evan, their son Leo and their cat Graham.
